** General Site Assistant/Cleaner Needed **

Our client is looking to recruit a 2 x Site Cleaners to join their Accommodation department in their Ampthill, Bedford Depot.

This role will suit someone who can drive due to location and shifts or who is based in Ampthill.

Our client hires out office accommodation and toilets which when they come back to site they need to be cleaned, repaired if needed ready to be rehired back out.

The role will involve carrying out cleaning duties, mopping, wiping, sweeping of unit and replenishing items and any general maintenance and refurbishment of our accommodation units including moving furniture.

**Must be able to drive due to location**

**Pay**: £11.50 - £12.50 plus overtime

**Shifts**: Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime also at time and half) starting at 7am.

**Weekly Pay**

You roles will also include the below so you must be flexible.
- Cleaning units
- Prepping units internally / external
- General yard cleaning
- They also build canteens and partition walls.
- Spray our units externally
- Build stairs and steps, flat pack furniture

Once permanent the client would train he / she to do electrical training and forklifting if they would like to.

Plus a lot more courses to improve/ progress further should the person wish to.

**Job requirements**:

- You will have a basic knowledge in joinery, plumbing and electrics and have worked in a similar role or environment previously.
- You must be aware of and adhere to health and safety at all times.
- You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be a team player
