In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our Emerging Products teams. Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering training programs that cater to the needs of our business across multiple sites within the UK and Europe.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver training solutions that exceed their expectations. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and identifying areas for improvement.

As a skilled facilitator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and application. You will also contribute to the development of training materials, workshops, and other learning resources.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales management or sales training, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales management or sales training, training qualifications, and a full clean driving license.
