About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Change Enablement Specialist to join our team at Newcastle Strategic Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of software changes between development, test, and live environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the safe transition of software changes, ensuring minimal disruptions to services.
- Act as an escalation point for expectations and facilitate the implementation of change and release.
- Collaborate with agile and traditional technical teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Manage risk and implement controls to ensure business continuity.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working with IT change or release management, ensuring that IT change and release management practices are followed. You will also have a strong background in governance, change enablement, innovation, and improvement.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps frameworks.
- ITIL Foundation qualification.
