Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of floor staff and ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of floor staff to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Provide coaching and training to floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
