Job Title: Floor Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Operations Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our high-volume venue in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a high-quality environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
