We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Prada Group. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager: Work closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Lead the Floor Team: Supervise and motivate the floor team to ensure seamless execution of sales, customer service, and visual merchandising strategies.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement effective strategies to increase sales, including upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Manage Inventory and Stock Control: Work with the Store Manager to optimize inventory levels, manage stock control, and minimize waste.
- Develop Promotional Initiatives: Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing promotional initiatives and special events to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide Feedback and Coaching: Provide regular feedback and coaching to the floor team to enhance performance, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge.
- Ensure Quality Standards: Uphold high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in food and beverage service, and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Requirements:
