Sales Leadership Director

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our Partner sales teams across the US, Europe, and Asia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales processes and implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and selling to small and large organizations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
