About The Role

Our team at The Growth Consultants Careers is seeking an experienced L&D Project Manager to enhance training and development. This 12-month fixed-term contract position involves working closely with stakeholders, identifying training needs, managing resources, and leading projects that empower employees and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and manage training needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with L&D leads to design and prioritize projects, aligning resources with business objectives.
  • Establish governance processes for efficient capacity planning, risk management, and project delivery within the L&D team.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of coordinators, guiding them in executing L&D programs.
  • Utilize project management tools to track and ensure quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.
