Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support our HR department on a fixed-term contract basis. The Talent Advisor will play a key part in delivering the Talent agenda for ARAG, including supporting the Learning & Development (L&D), Recruitment and Inclusion functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage L&D administrative activities such as new starters/leavers, training records, and communications.
  • Oversee Recruitment administrative activities including pre-employment screening, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulation.
  • Track budgets for L&D and Recruitment teams, forecasting activity and managing invoices.
  • Produce dashboards for L&D and Recruitment teams, maintaining accurate data.
  • Liaise with Inclusion Network leads to coordinate activities and manage external speakers.
Requirements
  • Able to handle confidential information and data with discretion.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, using Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in planning and organising tasks, projects and events.
