Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our luxury travel division, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing our product offerings for European destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury travel market in Europe, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  2. Collaborate with our sales team to create and update product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and drive sales revenue.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating rates and service level agreements to ensure the highest quality products.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
  5. Work closely with our marketing team to develop content that showcases the unique experiences and benefits of our luxury travel products.
  6. Provide training and support to our sales team on new and existing products, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell our offerings.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, working closely with our health and safety teams to implement necessary actions.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date with market developments and build relationships with suppliers and industry partners.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Product Manager in the luxury travel industry, with a deep understanding of European destinations and markets.
  2. Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge of working with different markets (UK, US, and ASIA) and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  5. A creative and innovative approach to product development, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
