We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Drake Circus, Plymouth. As a permanent part-time position (25-30 hours), this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all relevant administrative tasks required to support the operational activity of The Barcode. This includes processing car park occupancy/system events and financial data, ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining records within compliance guidelines.

As a key member of our team, you will have a sophisticated communicator skillset and be able to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times. You will also be expected to ensure professional and positive relationships with external companies via both telephone and in person.
