Your Key Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with our service engineers to plan, prioritize, and organize their day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Managing and coordinating the delivery of equipment and materials to site.
  • Liaising with customers to keep them informed of any changes or issues that may affect them.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • IT literacy, with knowledge of MS Office products and experience with CRM packages.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and work in a pressurized environment.
  • A calm and confident manner, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
