We are seeking an experienced IT installations engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our growing customer base, offering a first-class service in a family-oriented environment.

You will be responsible for remote monitoring and management of client IT infrastructures, delivering prompt and efficient support services.

  • Providing effective remote and on-site technical support, adhering to strict customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, printers, switches, firewalls, routers, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Project managing server installations and migrations, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Regular proactive customer visits and pre-installation meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of our support rota.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft environments and Windows Server knowledge essential.
  • Configuration and installation of network devices and services, including Active Directory and Group Policy experience.
  • Support for Microsoft Desktop environments, including Windows 7, 8, and 10.
  • Microsoft accreditation highly valued.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment desirable.

A competitive salary of around £55,000 is offered for this role, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent. Strong organisational, communication, and technical skills are required to deliver excellent project outcomes and build strong relationships with customers.
