We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support for specific sales enquiries/orders
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, effective communication, influencing, and negotiation to build strong customer relationships
  • Work closely with colleagues and other team members to complete administration tasks and quote new enquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 5 GCSEs Grade 4 or above, including Maths and English
  • Confidence and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy and strong telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to learn

Training and Development
