Care Support Specialist

At Radis, we are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our care team in Chepstow and Caldicot. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live independently within their own homes and local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and daily routines.
- Assist with medication administration and ensure clients take their prescribed medication.
- Support clients with meal preparation and help them maintain a healthy diet.
