Call Centre Liaison Officer

We're looking for a talented Call Centre Liaison Officer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and their financial advisers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for dealing with and answering a variety of queries in a timely and professional manner, working in a fast-paced client services department with ongoing support to enhance your knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to incoming emails
- Deliver award-winning service to our customers and their financial advisers
- Deal with and answer a variety of queries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call centre environment (desirable)
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
- A generous holiday allowance increasing up to 31 days with service, plus bank holidays
