Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and check temporary data for individual employees and the batch update of the payroll system.
  • Maintain live payroll records, implement data changes, including the processing of statutory payments.
  • Assess individual pay and associated statutory deductions to enable update of payroll records and to ensure compliance with HMRC, the Pensions Regulator, and Company Pension regulations.
  • Assess occupational and statutory, sickness, and maternity entitlement and allowances, in accordance with the relevant regulations and within the prescribed timescales.

This includes the appropriate communication to individual staff and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing the process required for the outgoing post from the team.
