About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our Environment & Health global team. As a key member of our Communications and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering compelling content to support our company strategy, The Partner for Sustainable Change.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality content for internal and external platforms, including our global website, intranet news stories, and social media posts.
  • Assist in coordinating communications programs across geographies and support the development of internal and external communications for key service areas.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure the delivery of strong visual content and assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns around key strategic areas.
  • Help build Ramboll's standard marketing content library and work closely with other team members to develop new marketing materials.

About You

  • You will have a BA in English, Journalism, or Communications and 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in similar positions, preferably in professional services, or a master's degree in communications and 1+ years of experience.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • You will have a strong understanding of content development, strategic messaging, and brand development, as well as project management skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
