VM Merchandiser and Store Design Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and confident individual to join Artisan People as a VM Merchandiser and Store Design Manager, based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with RAMS, AMs, and CMs for on-the-ground merchandising implementation.
  • Work with shop fitters, stock, and sales departments, as well as the brand on design processes.
  • Create and distribute counter planograms, plan and order counter light box pictures and POS signage, and forecast and order counter merchandising materials.
  • Perform regular competitor analysis and maintain store merchandising databases.
  • Ensure the marketing calendar is applied to counter merchandising, POS, and window materials, approved by the Marketing Manager, Director, and retail groups.

About the Role:

This is a 6-month contract role initially. As a VM Merchandiser and Store Design Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the brand's visual identity.
