Job Title: VM Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled VM Merchandiser to join our team in London. As a VM Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the brand's merchandising guidelines are implemented and adhered to. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the marketing calendar is applied to counter merchandising, POS, and window material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain merchandising guidelines across all stores
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing calendar is applied to counter merchandising, POS, and window material
  • Manage the creation and distribution of counter planograms, planning and ordering of counter light box pictures and POS signage
  • Forecast and order counter merchandising material, including regular competitor analysis
  • Maintain store merchandising databases and perform regular store visits to ensure counters are merchandised correctly

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complexity
  • Methodical and detail-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of projects and tasks

What We Offer:

This is a 6-month contract role initially. Our client is looking for someone with a passion for exceptional representation of the brand at all times and a willingness to be involved with all nominated projects.
