VM Manager Job Description

As a VM Manager at Crew Clothing Head Office, you will play a crucial role in driving the visual merchandising strategy for our stores. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for interpreting the brand direction and applying it to our windows, in-store layout, and appearance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for all Crew Clothing and Ben Sherman stores.
  • Collaborate with the Creative teams to deliver aspirational product displays and installations that reference the brand's marketing direction.
  • Manage VM requirements for new store openings, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Research new VM techniques to stay ahead of competitor standards and drive product strategy.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure styling across the retail estate aligns with the current brand direction.
  • Deliver product handling and layout guidance to all stores in accordance with the central marketing calendar.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained for both store and Lydden Road departments.
  • Drive the development and implementation of retail marketing initiatives and activations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar HO VM role at a multichannel retail company.
  • Excellent knowledge of Visual Merchandising processes and principles.
  • Understanding of content development, including store guidelines and planograms.
  • Ability to translate and deliver store merchandising campaigns to deadline.
  • Demonstrates innovative thinking and strong creative execution.
  • Experience and interest in fashion and clothing brands and marketing.
