Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct medicine reviews virtually and face-to-face, as necessary, to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Work as an independent prescriber, promoting evidence-based and cost-effective prescribing practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide professional advice and support, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Develop and implement safe and effective pathways of care for patients with various conditions.
  • Supervise and line-manage pharmacy technicians and rotational pharmacists, ensuring effective team management.

Person Specification
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
