Exyte Hargreaves Limited is a leading mechanical HVAC contractor, specialising in Ventilation and Smoke & Fire Safety. We offer a comprehensive service spanning Design, Engineering, Procurement & Manufacture, Installation and Testing & Commissioning.

The Role

We are recruiting for Project Managers to manage, control and deliver complex projects across the South East of England. This role involves ensuring company procedures are complied with, communicating with project staff, and working with the Operations Director to ensure projects are adequately staffed.

  • To maximise project margin and control costs.
  • To ensure the company is protected during contract negotiations, on-site works, and post-contract discussions.
  • To foster relationships with senior consultants and subcontractor personnel.
  • To lead by example, setting the required standards of behaviour and conduct for the project.
About You

Ideally, you will have good knowledge of the heating and ventilation industry, manufacturing techniques, and site installation methods. The role requires the ability to represent the company's best interests in direct dealings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

You will have proven experience of leading teams onsite, including subcontractors, and be experienced in managing tight programs and milestone-driven delivery strategies.
