Job Title: Recruitment Branch Manager

Location: Commercial / Office Professionals Recruitment

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 P/A basic + individual commission + team commission


We're seeking a seasoned recruiter with strong leadership skills to lead our Epsom office, specializing in recruitment for commercial and office professionals across the surrounding area.

Our client is a well-established recruitment agency, renowned for their expertise in placing top-tier talent within office-based roles, including administration, customer service, HR, finance, and sales. Their success is built on deep local knowledge, excellent client relationships, and a dedicated team that prides itself on delivering results.


The Role

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the branch, including:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team of recruitment consultants
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities
  • Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates
  • Driving the branch's performance, hitting sales targets, and contributing to overall company growth
  • Managing daily branch operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Managing a warm desk with key accounts from day one, providing immediate opportunities to make an impact

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the commercial / office professionals sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • A track record of business development and building successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of the local market in Epsom and surrounding areas is highly desirable
