About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Epsom office, specializing in recruitment for commercial and office professionals across the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities and driving the branch's performance.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates and managing daily branch operations.
  • Manage a warm desk with key accounts from day one, providing immediate opportunities to make an impact.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the commercial / office professionals sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of business development and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a results-driven attitude and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the local market in Epsom and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
