About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Epsom office, specializing in recruitment for commercial and office professionals across the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and drive branch growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities and delivering high-quality candidates
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Drive branch performance, hitting sales targets and contributing to overall company growth
  • Manage daily branch operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the commercial / office professionals sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of business development and building successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a results-driven attitude and passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of the local market in Epsom and surrounding areas is highly desirable
