Exciting Opportunity for a Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our Residue Analytical Services team within our Environmental Sciences department at Labcorp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain study documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines and review own work for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Participate in QC review of selected routine data and validation projects.
  • Ensure a clean and safe laboratory work environment and perform routine maintenance.
  • Provide line management and support to laboratory team members, including training, development, and progress review.
  • Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience within a laboratory, preferably working to regulatory standards such as GLP.
  • Previous experience of staff management, including development and training.
