About the Role:
Lidl is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to lead multiple shop fitting projects, driving innovation and collaboration between teams. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic-level projects from requisition to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement projects, including project implementation and budget management
- Research new solutions and suppliers, challenging existing specifications and contracts with an innovation focus
- Test new solutions in stores, ensuring seamless installation and compliance with company standards
- Control project costs, manage orders and deliveries, and prepare project summaries and status documents for senior management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, communicating project changes and new initiatives to the business
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven project management experience, with a creative analytical approach to planning budgets
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with ability to analyze data and present findings to senior management
