Join Our Team as a Commercial Project Director

NES Fircroft is a leading engineering and technical recruitment specialist. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Director to lead our global sales efforts for equipment and after-sales services to third-party customers and joint ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share* Lead global sales efforts for equipment and after-sales services to third-party customers and joint ventures* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, joint venture partners, and internal stakeholders* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness* Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting* Develop and manage budgets to achieve commercial goals* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies* Travel internationally up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, joint venture partners, and internal stakeholders* Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff members on commercial best practices and industry trends

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)* 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the industrial gases or oil and gas sectors* Strong knowledge of commercial principles and practices* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks* Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights* Strong presentation and public speaking skills* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders* Strong leadership and team management skills* Ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams* Strong strategic thinking and planning skills* Ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business growth* Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets* Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary Range: $140,000 - $220,000 per year
