Job Title: Enterprise SDR Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise SDR Team Lead to join our UKI team. As a critical member of our commercial go-to-market strategy, you will lead and inspire a sales development team to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing SDR team to meet growth targets and increase the pipeline of Adyen's Digital platform.
  • Train the SDR team on product training, pitching, selling skills, and negotiating tough conversations.
  • Manage and follow up on all inbound leads.
  • Drive the pipeline with strong outbound initiatives alongside the sales, marketing, and partnership teams.
  • Support the Head of Commercial (UK), Head of Partnerships (UKI), and Head of Marketing (UKI) on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Track the ongoing performance of the SDR team.
  • Support the creation of outbound cadences and ensure all cadences are being followed.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance and quality of each SDR member.
  • Ensure SDR processes are clearly understood by the SDR team and be able to dissect processes to ensure we operate efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of 3+ members.
  • Proven experience in Sales Development (2+ years) with Enterprise B2B complex solutions.
  • Data-driven in making decisions, setting goals, and driving success in the organization, while also embracing 'hands-on' sales and qualitative metrics of success.
  • Pragmatic way of working, high energy, has a creative mindset.
  • Manages & supports the team on the front lines, not from behind a desk & reports.
  • Empathetic leader who can affect change while also being firm on change management.
About the Role

This role is based out of our London office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
