Job Title: Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative Team Lead at Varonis works closely with current and new SDRs to develop their skills and provide a meeting pipeline for Enterprise Sales Representatives. This role is responsible for coaching SDRs on Varonis sales process and core products to effectively sell to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

  • Coach SDRs on Varonis sales process and ensure they understand our core products.
  • Direct SDRs on how to work with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to determine a strategic sales approach.
  • Coach SDRs on how to identify decision makers amongst targeted leads.
  • Monitor SDRs activities to ensure they hit specific metrics critical to success.
  • Provide updates to territory managers on pipeline development, hiring, and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience is required.
  • Technology industry experience is preferred.
  • Basic skill level of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Outstanding phone skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls per day are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment is essential.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and gain commitment at all organizational levels is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment is required.
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills are necessary.
  • Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement are essential.
