Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in the North East and Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will work as part of our innovative School of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation, supporting pharmacy education reforms and various work streams within the Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation workforce transformation agenda.

Main Responsibilities

The Project Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to the Business Leads, Senior Project Officer, and existing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative infrastructure to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to developing education and training across sectors.
  • Supporting workstreams across the North East and Yorkshire region.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE level or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of administrative procedures, including maintaining project documentation.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation, including information governance.
