About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in the North East and Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Leads, Senior Project Officer, and existing team to provide administrative support for workstreams across the region.

Main Responsibilities

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation
