Early Years Personal Tutor Opportunity:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years professional to join our team as a Personal Tutor. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Early Years education, supporting trainees in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trainee Support: Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to trainees, addressing skill gaps and promoting growth.
- Observation and Feedback: Conduct regular observations, offering constructive feedback to enhance trainee performance.
- Training Plan Development: Create and implement individualized training plans, tailoring content to meet trainee needs.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Utilize online systems to assess trainee progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Training Resource Delivery: Support the delivery of approved training resources, ensuring comprehensive coverage of EYITT curriculum themes.
- Mental Health Support: Offer emotional support to trainees, prioritizing their well-being.
- Placement Coordination: Arrange and facilitate necessary placements, suggesting suitable schools/settings when required.
Requirements:
- Early Years Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the Early Years sector.
- Professional Relationships: Develop strong, professional relationships with employers, mentors, and trainees.
- Learner Engagement: Inspire learners to engage fully with training, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- IT Literacy: Demonstrate proficiency in using online systems, showcasing adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Travel Requirements: Hold a valid driving license, possess a reliable vehicle, and be prepared to travel to various locations.
- Initiative and Motivation: Showcase a high level of motivation, utilizing initiative to drive results and improve outcomes.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience).
- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days, increasing by one day for each year of service, up to 33 days, plus bank holidays.
