Nursery Manager with Early Years Expertise

We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to join our team at Grandir UK, a reputable provider of high-quality childcare and education. Based in Northampton, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and contribute to the growth of children into happy, smart, and healthy individuals.
The ideal candidate will possess Level 3 or above in Early Years and have excellent leadership skills to provide professional guidance to staff members. Key responsibilities include promoting high standards of quality within the nursery, supporting playroom staff, identifying training needs, and ensuring effective implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
