About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and delivering training events and programs that promote mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders to promote our services and engage them in championing better mental health and wellbeing.
  • Conduct reviews to assess progress, celebrate success, and explore activities that help to improve the programs and support sustained improvement in participants' health and wellbeing.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on training activity and program performance as required.

Requirements
  • Must be a MHFA England instructor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.
