We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and delivering training events and programs that promote mental health and wellbeing in the community, businesses, and public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct reviews to assess progress, celebrate success, and explore activities that improve the programs and support sustained improvement in participants' health and wellbeing.
- Measure, monitor, and report on training activity and program performance as required.
- Identify, develop, and maintain effective partnerships with local communities, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to engage them in championing better mental health and wellbeing.
- Proactively promote mental health and wellbeing, including raising the profile of our organization and its services locally and nationally.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30k (pro-rata for part-time)
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working
- 35 days holiday plus your birthday off
