Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct reviews to assess progress, celebrate success, and explore activities that improve the programs and support sustained improvement in participants' health and wellbeing.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on training activity and program performance as required.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain effective partnerships with local communities, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to engage them in championing better mental health and wellbeing.
  • Proactively promote mental health and wellbeing, including raising the profile of our organization and its services locally and nationally.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30k (pro-rata for part-time)
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
