About the RoleAs a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and delivering a variety of training events and programs that promote healthier lifestyles and raise awareness and knowledge of mental health and wellbeing. You will work closely with our team to create engaging and effective training materials, identify and secure relationships with corporate partners, and promote our training events and programs locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our service users and partners
- Identify and secure relationships with corporate partners to increase income through training and partnerships
- Proactively promote our training events and programs locally and nationally
- Support the development and management of a portfolio of corporate training clients
- Conduct reviews to assess progress, celebrate success, and explore activities to improve programs and support sustained improvement in participants' health and wellbeing
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need to be able to identify and secure relationships with corporate partners and promote our training events and programs.
