About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders to promote our services and engage them in championing better mental health and wellbeing.
  • Conduct reviews to assess progress, celebrate success, and explore activities that help to improve the programs and support sustained improvement in participants' own and other people's health and wellbeing.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on training activity and program performance as required.
