As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and delivering training events and programs that promote better mental health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders to promote our services and engage them in championing better mental health and wellbeing.
- Conduct reviews to assess progress, celebrate success, and explore activities that help to improve the programs and support sustained improvement in participants' own and other people's health and wellbeing.
- Measure, monitor, and report on training activity and program performance as required.
- A competitive salary of £30k (pro-rata for part-time) and a range of benefits, including hybrid working, 35 days holiday, and enhanced company pension contribution.
