We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join our team at our Hazel Grove office.
As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing data entry and administrative tasks, including processing payments and responding to queries
- Working closely with our finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial records
- Providing exceptional customer service to our workers, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing company correspondence
Responsibilities:
- Run contingent Labour cycle weekly from collation of data onto Excel, payment of umbrella labour, and dealing with queries from workers.
- Collecting, processing, and coding all timesheets onto the central Excel-based time system.
- Filling out worker payment sheets and ensuring correct rates are paid for each role.
- Answering Finance office phone and dealing with phone calls from workers with queries relating to hours paid out/missing timesheets.
Requirements:
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word
Estimated Salary: £25,500 per annum. Benefits include company pension and free parking.
