About the Role
  • Process financial documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, statements, and purchase orders with receipts.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records in a timely manner.
  • Assist accountants with AP-related information for month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related queries and discrepancies.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
