Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be familiar with ERP systems.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying and reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders, resolve billing discrepancies, and monitor outstanding payments.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to provide support to accountants during month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar accounts payable clerk role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Capability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office – particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.


Estimated Salary Range: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
