Payroll Administration Manager

About the Role:
This senior role within our payroll team requires a high level of expertise in payroll processing, payroll regulations and payroll software. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of payroll regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage payroll data, including employee information, pay rates and benefits
- Assist the Head of Payroll with various projects and tasks, providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
We require candidates with at least 1 year's experience in payroll processing. CIPP qualification in Payroll Technician certificate is desirable. Relevant experience as a Payroll Officer, Specialist, Clerk, Assistant or Coordinator is also beneficial.
Benefits:
- Salary: £25,500 - £27,500 per annum
- Holiday entitlement: 34 days (rising to 37 days with service) including birthday off
