We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Pension Administration Team Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of Defined Benefits (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pensions administration. They should also have a track record of driving results within third-party administration.
As the Pension Administration Team Manager, you will manage a team of DB and DC administrators who support primarily occupational pension schemes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these schemes are managed in accordance with our client contracts to the required standards and deadlines.
You will be responsible for a team ranging from trainee to senior administrator level. To succeed in this role, you must have previous people management experience. This includes effective performance management to deliver quality standards and service level targets.
We are seeking someone with the ability to drive continuous improvement and enhance the contribution made by the department to the overall development of the business model.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a team of DB and DC administrators supporting occupational pension schemes
- Ensure schemes are managed in accordance with client contracts
- Lead a team of varying levels of experience, including trainees and seniors
- Deliver quality standards and service level targets through performance management
**Requirements:**
- Proven knowledge of DB and DC pensions administration
- Track record of driving results within third-party administration
- Previous people management experience
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
