We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Analyst to join our team and lead project work for occupational pension schemes, ensuring service delivery to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

This involves overseeing all aspects of a portfolio of projects, including leading a team of up to three staff members and deputising for the Portfolio Team Leader when required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in occupational pension scheme administration, including team management and mentoring, and at least 3 years' experience as a Senior Project Analyst.

A competitive salary of around £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a minimum of 25 days holiday, a defined contribution pension scheme, life insurance, income protection, and health cash plan or private medical insurance, makes this a compelling offer.
