Job Description
">This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist Outpatients. You will be responsible for developing and delivering palliative rehabilitation services across our in-patient hospice, outpatient department, and community settings.

- Lead a team of Allied Health Professionals, including physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.">
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.">
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless care transitions.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.">
- Postgraduate experience in palliative care or a related field.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
- A car and driving licence (due to the requirement to travel between sites).">
