Hospice Care Leadership Role
Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care provides palliative and end-of-life care across South & East Buckinghamshire and South & West Hertfordshire. We are seeking a leader to join our Board of Trustees, bringing expertise in healthcare management, risk management, and quality standards.
Job Summary:
- Lead the Board of Trustees in shaping the future of Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care
- Ensure the charity's operations align with its mission and values
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record in leadership roles within the healthcare sector
- Experience in risk management, quality standards, and safeguarding
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Familiarity with hospice care services and their delivery
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
