Nurse Leadership Position
Join our care home team as a Clinical Deputy Manager, where you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence and delivering outstanding care and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our residents
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

**About Our Care Home**
Our large care home provides nursing and dementia care for older adults, with a focus on delivering person-centred care and support. We offer a comprehensive induction programme, including various training courses, and access to structured development programmes with clear pathways to progression.

**Requirements**
- Registered Nurse RGN/RMN qualification
- Experience in care home management or leadership

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary: £46,134 - £48,214 per annum (£22.18 per hour)
- Full-time position with permanent contract
- Access to structured development programmes and training opportunities

**Estimated Salary:** £47,000 - £49,000 per annum
