We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9-5. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, as well as supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
You will need to have experience working in a similar role, such as Senior Nurse, Deputy Home Manager, Unit Manager, Nursing Team Leader, Registered Nurse, or Nursing Manager. Your skills and qualifications will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to our team's success.
