Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a Senior Care Manager to join our team at HC-One, a leading provider of care services. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager with HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
With a salary of £40,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in person-centred care planning, leadership, and management. You will work closely with the Home Manager to provide specialist nursing support and advice, and supervise/coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC Pin, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice, and a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. A positive energy and ability to get along with people are essential, as well as being a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
